For smaller businesses where an annual fee for a support contract, which is seldom used, is generally not suitable. G3 Solutions are able to provide support in a very flexible manner. We ask you to purchase a bank of time which can be utilised as and when an issue arises. Provided that you have at least one day of credit within your time bank, we are able to respond quickly and without the need to delay while purchase orders are placed. As software contracts do not cover harware failures and it is recommended that you take out a Hardware Break/Fix contract along side this. |
