 Spamming is the practice of sending massive amounts of e-mail promotions or advertisements (and scams) to people that have not asked for it.
The increase of spam on the Internet is becoming more of an annoyance to us all but when you operate a business it becomes costly as it causes a loss in productivity for you and your staff. A large amount of spam also has offensive content which can be distressing to some. More importantly, to the safe running of your systems, it may contain viruses.
